They had 37 Franchisees after more than two years in business. Their recruitment level was falling below their attrition rate. In other words they were in a critical position.
The first step was to gauge the level of success in the group and determine the major reasons for individual Franchisee’s failure.
The results and conclusions were obvious (at least to Enterprise 21) and assertive action was taken to address and reverse the undesirable conditions contaminating the system.
We then began to grow the system and over the next 2.5 years the franchise grew to over 200 Franchisees who were much more mentally qualified to be successful. This is currently the largest franchise system in its category by a factor of three.
