Enterprise 21 does not sell franchises – we help to select appropriate and qualified potential Franchisees for final acceptance by our Franchisor clients. This does not mean that you don’t have to push people a little. Contact them regularly, encourage them and assist them through the myriad of legal documents, financial considerations, help them differentiate malicious advice from genuine concerns. You must NEVER tell a lie. You need to be aware that you are going to change someone’s life – not only their’s but their partner’s and children’s. You need to be confident that the move into a particular franchise business is the right move for them. You know there are no guarantees in life and that you are not clairvoyant. You reach a positive conclusion about the match between the prospect and the franchise opportunity and you work with the prospect through the mine-field of misinformed and misguided people who will try to persuade your prospect to alter their decision. You need to feel confident that you are helping the prospect. Although your fee comes from the Franchisor, your commitment is to both of them equally. If you place a prospect in a franchise business and they fail, you have let them down, their family down, the Franchisor client down, your business down and Enterprise 21 down. In return for these positive attributes and attitudes, Enterprise 21 will provide; Hands on training and guidance; Enterprise 21 will provide a client base of selected Franchisors.The investment required will reflect the potential earnings of the franchise and, before asking, a little investigation into the cost of other franchise systems where a State master franchise is offered, would be a good starting point. Please, unless you genuinely possess empathy and compassion, positivity and assertiveness, honesty and a non judgemental, friendly attitude, don’t let either of us spend valuable time investigating our compatibilities.
